Welcome to LilyhanaByJ, where we create handmade, made-to-order children’s clothing with care and attention to detail.
By purchasing from or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

 

2. Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

​

  • Each garment is handmade to order, which means slight variations in pattern placement, stitching, or fabric tone may occur.

  • These variations are not considered defects but part of the unique charm of handmade products.

  • Colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to real life due to monitor settings.

 

3. Ordering & Processing Time

​

  • All items are made to order unless stated otherwise.

  • Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be handmade before dispatch.

  • Rush orders may be available upon request; additional fees may apply.

  • Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations if production has started.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

​

  • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST.

  • We accept secure payment via PayPal. For all other payment methods, please visit our Etsy store. Prices on Etsy store may be different.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

​

  • Orders are shipped from Adelaide, South Australia, and we ship within Australia and internationally using trusted courier services.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may vary due to postal delays.

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost parcels once items have been lodged with the carrier.

  • Please double-check your delivery address — we cannot replace items sent to incorrect addresses.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because our garments are handmade and made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or custom details.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receipt with photos, and we’ll gladly resolve the issue.

  • Refunds are processed only if a product is faulty or cannot be repaired/replaced.

 

7. Sizing & Care

  • Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

  • As items are handmade, small size variations (±1–2 cm) may occur.

  • Follow the care instructions provided to help preserve the quality of your garment.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, and content on this website are the property of LilyhanaByJ and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

 

9. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used only for order processing and customer service. We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.
All garments are intended for normal wear and should be used with appropriate supervision for children.
