1. Handmade to Order

All of our garments are handmade to order with love and care.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be created before dispatch.
Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number.

2. Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)

We ship all orders within Australia via Australia Post.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout for an additional cost)

Shipping Rates:

Standard Post: calculated at checkout
Express Post: available at checkout

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, especially during busy seasons.

3. International Shipping

We’re delighted to offer worldwide shipping from Australia via Australia Post International.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Standard International: 2–4 weeks
Express International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Fees:

Calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Please note:

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their destination country.
Delivery times can vary depending on postal networks and customs clearance.

4. Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your parcel is on its way.
If your tracking shows delays, please reach out to lilyhana,madebyj@gmail.com and we’ll help you follow up with Australia Post.

5. Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been lodged with Australia Post, we cannot control delivery times or postal delays.
We are not responsible for parcels lost or delayed in transit, but we’ll always assist you in resolving any delivery issues.
